Account and privacy

When you delete your account, your account and non-clinical data are deleted or anonymised after a 30-day grace period. Clinical and laboratory records, and the identity details needed to link them to you, are kept in a restricted, encrypted archive for 15 years, as Catalan health-records law requires. Invoices and accounting records are kept for 6 years. Data exports stay available for 7 days.
